Thanks to Thorsten Wölfle, Andreas W. Götz and Ross C. Walker (WMD lab, SDSC) we are now able to offer precompiled Windows binaries for pmemd and pmemd.MPI. These will work under 64bit Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows HPC Cluster Server 2008. The binaries have been compiled from the Amber11 release version.

To obtain the binaries, please enter the login and password you received by email for the download of Amber11, and click the "Download" button. The file is about 1.7 Mbytes in size.

Once downloaded, unzip the file amber11-pmemd-windows.zip and make sure to follow the installation instructions in the file README which also contains release notes.
