Problem: Miscelleneous .in and .out ugliness, impedes debugging.

1.  Input variables that are dependent on others are set by
    the user, allowing unnecessary possibilities for input errors.

    Fix:

	gibbs: ndfmin now set automatically
	minmd, sander: ndfmin now set automatically

2.  Variables that are no longer used or meaningful are printed in the output.

    Fix:

	gibbs: deleted ntn, ndfmin, ntcc, nconp, inbper, ntpp from output
	minmd, sander: deleted ntn, ndfmin, ntcc, nconp, nrc, ntcx, ntpp 
			from output

3.  Variables reported in the output are not mentioned in the documentation.

    Fix:

	gibbs: added note in documentation on npm, nsm, nram, iptres,
		iptatm, npsol, sspstr
	minmd: added note in documentation on iptatm, nspsol, nspstr, iptsol

4.  Options are allowed which are no longer meaningful or are broken

    Fix:

	gibbs: ntx=3,8,9 screened out, documentation updated.
